Large investments have been made to increase the number of standard articles in plastic material and by adding complete ranges in glass both for cosmetics or perfumes.
Vetronaviglio now offers a wide range of standard lines in line with the latest design trends and market needs: material, colour, decoration and finishing are all customisable details upon customers’ desires.

Every bottle, tottle and accessory is also available in PCR PLASTIC (Post-Consumer Recycled plastic), taking care of the GREEN necessities of the market. These plastics have excellent chemical properties and guarantee resistance and compatibility as well the virgin plastics.

Each product can be matched with prestigious accessories, also manufactured internally: caps, covers, overcaps, dispenser pumps and sprays.

Vetronaviglio’s manufacturing site, based few kilometres from Milan city centre, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology machines for industrial processes: INJECTION MOULDING, EXTRUDING / BLOWING PROCESS and ASSEMBLING.

Plastic raw material is managed and transformed into end products under Quality standard guidelines to ensure the highest performances.

The manufacturing plant is provided with an on-site quality control laboratory that monitors and controls every step of the productive process.

Furthermore, Vetronaviglio is able to support any requests about finishing and decoration of its containers. The decoration department is equipped with state-of-the-art machines: UV SILK SCREENING MACHINES, PAD PRINTING MACHINES, HOT STAMPING MACHINES.
